Product quality is the top priority of our manufacturing process. Our Transformer efficiency test protocol (including the testing room) complies with the international standards. This ensures that every Thai Trafo’s clients receive the superior standard products.

Our testing room in Rayong province, Thailand is accepted by the ISO standard ISO/IEC 17025 Testing verification number 0576.

In ensuring every transformer is produced of the highest quality standard, TTM strictly adopts the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. Stringent quality control process begins with inspection of every material for compliance with engineering requirements, in-process inspection by production personnel, re-inspection by QC personnel to detect defects and final inspection to ascertain the end product is 100% customer satisfactory.

 

  • Coil resistance measurement.
  • Voltage ratio measurement and phase alignment check.
  • Measurement of short-circuit impedance and load loss.
  • Testing of voltage resistance with electricity from various electrical sources.
  • Testing of excess-induced voltage resistance.
  • Testing of induced voltage and discharge value.

  • Checking internal equipment.
  • On load tap changer checking.
  • Checking an insulator efficiency of oil.
  • Checking of leakage under pressure (for fluid insulator transformer).

  • Lightning impulse testing.
  • Measurement of Temperature increment.
  • Sound volume test.
  • Measurement of voltage needed for cooling system.

  • Measurement of zero-ordered impedance.
  • Detecting leakage impedance.
  • Analyzing the transformer's frequency response.
  • Testing the switching impedance (SI).
  • Measurement of the transformer's internal humidity.
